Taxi fares are based on the selected vehicle, travel distance, duration, toll charges, parking charges, state taxes, and applicable government taxes. Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, route changes, or additional stops requested during the journey.
Customers are requested to inform us as early as possible in case of cancellation. Cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the type of booking.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop locations, contact information, and travel details. Customers must ensure timely availability at the pickup location to avoid delays.
Jagdamba Travels provides experienced and verified drivers. However, vehicle allocation may vary depending on availability, maintenance schedules, or operational requirements. We reserve the right to replace a booked vehicle with a similar category vehicle when necessary.
Jagdamba Travels shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, or any circumstances beyond our control.
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure safe travel, Jagdamba Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, injury, or delay arising during the journey except where required under applicable law.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. Jagdamba Travels is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, carrying hazardous materials, or engaging in unlawful activities inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
